Flora Fox has over 20 years experience in Real Estate and Finance and is a qualified Short Sale Specialist and expert in New Construction Projects.  She is a dedicated professional, committed to providing the highest level of service to her clients.

A resident of South Florida for over 40 years, Flora has also lived in the Bahamas and in England and is familiar with the needs of international clients.  She is well known in her profession and most of her business is the result of referrals from satisfied clients.  In the Bahamas, she was Trust Manager and Comptroller for a privately owned International Bank, where she gained valuable experience in dealing with high net worth and celebrity clients.

After returning to Miami, she held the position of Regional Lending Manager for a national developer, where she successfully arranged financing for hundreds of home buyers.  Then, transferring to the developer’s Realty Division, she was in their top ten per cent in production in the country.  

In keeping with current market conditions, she now concentrates on identifying the best deals in new construction properties for her clients.  With her developer experience and extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, Flora is positioned to guide her clients expertly through the maze of new construction opportunities.

 Her many years of experience in banking and real estate have also given her the skills to be an expert negotiator and deal effectively with banks on Short Sales and REO’s (bank owned properties).
