Bio:I grew up in…
I was born and raised in Caracas – Venezuela. In 2002 I moved to New York and then to Virginia where I got my Real Estate license from Virginia and Maryland back in 2004. By the time I also finish my degree in Graphic Design. In 2008 I moved to Miami I got my Florida Real Estate license and I worked in a Interior design and remodeling company for 5 years. I’ve been lucky: I’ve lived all over these great cities. I have enjoyed the great pleasure of growing up professionally in one of my favorite cities in the world: Miami.
I’m real estate agent because…
I LOVE looking at houses! I like helping people. I enjoy seeing people envision their entire future in a home that they like. It’s beautiful.
Most of my days are spent working with delightful clients, staging homes, chatting with loan officers and titles companies, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners. I finish my day by coming home with a super husband and my 2 barrels of sunshine, my kids, Camila and Esteban.
In addition to my real estate experience, I have extensive knowledge and experience with building construction and design, and pre-market renovations. My goal is to make the buying and/or selling process for her clients a seamless, enjoyable and effortless experience.
When I’m not working, you will find me…
In the beach or in the park enjoying the quality time with my kids,
In the kitchen Cooking,
Watching my daughter ballet class,
Painting or taking photos, and also, making designs like logos, brochures, invitations, party stationary, favors and parties decoration.
My favorite thing about Miami / South Florida is…
I can find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm and friendly people, top quality schools, beautiful parks, cool architecture, beautiful beaches and so on. I know, you might be thinking of several exciting world cities but, I truly love this one and I’m proud to work daily for my clients, helping them buy, sell or leasing Miami and South Florida Real Estate.
