Giralda Place Brings Life And Style To Coral Gables

Coral Gables has been one of South Florida’s most regal cities
since the days of founder George Merrick.

We Finally Have Renderings of The Lincoln Eatery

Expected to debut Fall 2018, Lincoln Eatery is already anchored by Marshalls on the upper floors. The open culinary concept will focus on fast and affordable dining options within spaces ranging in size from 119 to 500 square feet at ground level and a rooftop terrace with nearly 5,000 square feet of seating.
“If you look at Lincoln Road, Sunset Drive, Miracle Mile, Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, and any of South Florida’s high streets, you’ll see they’re at or reaching capacity,” said Mindy McIlroy, Executive Vice President at Terranova. “It becomes our responsibility as developers to think of how to best add to these destinations without taking away the inherent character that draws people there in the first place. There’s a delicate balance we try to achieve in creating new experiences and new spaces that are interesting and exciting to consumers, but that also offer value and a chance at success for shops, restaurants, and other retail partners. One doesn’t work without the other.”
