Michael Symon and Scott Conant both loved the desserts at Michael’s Genuine (like homemade toaster pastries or the chocolate-packed Popcorn and Peanuts) on The Best Thing I Ever Ate. But for savory satisfaction, nothing quite compares to beloved brunch favorite the Roasted Double Yolk Egg with melted Gruyère.

Since 2007, Michael’s flagship restaurant has defined Genuine Hospitality, the special experience that results when delicious food and thoughtful service come together, designed by a team who cares about great product and making people happy.
